Little League Baseball & Softball Medical Release Form

All GEAYA players must have a completed and signed medical release form on file for every season. Download the file here and bring to your first day of practice and deliver it to your head coach or GEAYA representative.

Spring Registration (Inscripción para la Temporada de Primavera): December 1st through March 8th

Practice Begins (La Práctica Comienza): Around February 15th, Communications will go out before practice begins with days and times

Spring Season Begins (Comienza la Temporada de Primavera): Saturday around March 15th

Spring Season Ends (La Temporada de Primavera Termina): Saturday around May 17th

Check your player's age in the chart below. If your player has never played baseball or softball before, please contact us and we’ll work with you to get your player in the right program.
